Common mistakes when buying real estate survival guide

As we all know that there are many people who are buying properties in preparation before the SHTF these days. It is a great move to say that one is ready, but the truth is how sure are you that the agreements you've done really are going to work for you. Many people only buy properties because they are wrapped as survival but are really survival when it comes down to action? The importance of making preparations cannot be explained enough, but the importance of making preparations right is much more important. There are common mistakes that are repeated when some people buy property to survive. Below is a list of some of those common mistakes

1. the first error is in a big hurry to find the right House. This can cut options that would have been perfect just because you're in a hurry to buy a property. This is an important decision that is going to save lives when the SHTF so that the decision should be made very carefully.

2. buying a property which is to be branded as survival but does not verify whether it actually meet the needs of it being actually survival! Now that real estate agents know they're preparing the survivalists, they maybe are customizing any Earth that remotely meets the need as survival property. Need to be aware of such a thing and check out the property and its usefulness for you.

3. does not check if the property meets all the requirements that you will need when you move in here. There are some aspects that we would like to see who is already here. For example, enough space for about 2 or 3 a few cows, sheep and rabbits. You must also try and see if you can find a property that has a body of water somewhere near so that at the end of your water supply always can still have access to water.

4. you must also have enough land to cultivate some fruit trees. Then you will need to check the soil and see if he can sustain life or not. You must ensure that this is far from civilization, otherwise the cause of all is lost.

Make sure you don't make these mistakes and will do well in your decision to purchase a property.

The Survivalist Mindset

Preparing in an inherent instinct in all of life. Squirrels store food for a possibly long winter, some plants move their leave to prepare to receive the rain, and we as people buy insurance. Do we buy homeowners insurance because we expect our homes to burn? Do we buy car insurance because we expect to be in a car crash? No. However, we take these measures to protect against the unexpected.

Most survivalists are considered paranoid, obsessive, or even crazy. The survivalists are storing food, water, and medicine while the rest of society goes on about their lives calling calling the survivalists crazy. However, it is the rest of society that will buy homeowners insurance to protect against a fire that might happen, but will not store essentials for when life might happen.

In today's economy, which is more likely for most people? A house fire, or losing part (or all) of your paycheck. With budgets stretched so tight right now how is one to survive when they lose incoming pay? The survivalists have created a safeguard against this with their storages.

Most survivalists, if affected in anyway by the economy can simply stop going to the stores for up to a year without having their day to day life affected in anyway. Some even have plans laid out to become self-sufficient in all aspects of their life including nutrition, shelter, health, and protection.

When a survivalist prepares they ready themselves for any situation that life may through at them. Most survivalists are thought of as loonies that are storing guns and canned tuna in their basements preparing for the end of the world. The truth, however, is that they are ready for any economic downturns, pandemics, natural disasters, political uprisings, and more. If you can think of it, most survivalists have a plan.

If you are interested in becoming more prepared like a survivalist, it is not difficult. The first thing that you should do is sit down with you family and create an emergency plan. You need to discuss what each person would do in the case of a fire, earthquake, tornado, nuclear accident, etc. Each person should be very familiar with the plans. Next if you have any prescriptions, try to get them on 90 day supply so you can have more on hand at any time. Then you should start working on storing food, medicine (OTC), and household goods.

Set a goal for yourself to work toward, then steadily increase the goal until you get to a year. It is recommended to start working towards 3 weeks, then 3 months, then 6 months, and finally a year. It is possible to accomplish a years supply of storage in only a few months, but you should work at your own pace.

The since of security, pride, and accomplishment that is felt after a substantial preparedness storage of necessities is built up is astounding. Being prepared should be a fundamental value of all people. Start your preparations today!
